1. Fenugreek seeds

The compounds promote hair growth and strengthen the hair follicles that control hair fall. It also maintains the health of the scalp and prevents infections. You can mix boiled and mashed gooseberries with lime juice to make a fine paste and massage it into your scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash it off with water and shampoo for amazing results.

3. Chinese hibiscus
Take 5-6 hibiscus flowers and leaves to blend them with coconut oil. Apply the formula to your scalp and keep it for an hour. You can rinse it off with a mild shampoo and water. You can experience rich hair growth.

4. Green tea
Green tea contains polyphenol called epigallocatechin-3-gallate that stimulates the growth of dermal papilla cells. These cells are present in the scalp, and their growth helps prevent hair loss and treats androgenetic alopecia. Put one tea bag in a cup of hot water and keep it for about 15 minutes. Let the solution cool down before you drink it. You can also rinse your scalp with this solution and massage it followed by a bath with a mild shampoo for best results.

5. Egg mask
Egg is rich in sulphur, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, proteins, and iodine that effectively fight hair loss and promote hair growth. Mix two egg whites in a bowl with a teaspoon of olive oil and honey. Make a fine paste and apply this thick paste to your hair and scalp, leave it for 30 minutes. Wash off with cool water and shampoo, and avoid using hot water.

6. Onion juice
Onion is a potent source of sulphur that enhances blood circulation to hair follicles. It also fights scalp infections and promotes hair growth in the most natural and safe way. You can take two onions and blend it to apply on your scalp. It enhances collagen production in the scalp tissues and prevents hair loss. The smell also will go away after a single wash.
